“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” Jeremiah 29:11
Moment of Grace provides so much more than a free pregnancy test and a free sonogram. It is a ministry of connection! Many women who find themselves in an unplanned pregnancy don’t have the support of a spouse or family, or they may be in positions where they are afraid to turn to family members and so they feel overwhelmed and alone in their circumstances!
When they arrive at our clinic they are warmly greeted by our counselors and nurses who then connect them with Jesus, connect them with their baby and then connect them with the right people in our community who can best meet their individual needs! Our team is motivated by joy and also our love for the LORD, and because of that, we aim to engage each client with compassion, honor and respect. It is our prayer that everyone who visits Moment of Grace will leave with a renewed sense of joy over the little one growing in their womb and a restored hope for their future.

Janet started out as a candy striper at St. Joseph Hospital in Larned, KS and then became nurse’s aide. She received her degree from Barton County Community College in1976. She worked in OB and delivery for 2 years at St. Joseph Hospital. This was her passion. After having two children and a divorce she became an employee with Larned State Hospital for 28 years. She traveled all over Kansas doing agency work on her days off. Janet has worked her whole career as a nurse in different areas. She has retired and is happily married.
In recent years, she was asked by a lady in her church to help her do sonograms at the Dream Center with the Moment of Grace Pregnancy Clinic. Janet was elated to get sonogram training in Florida along with in depth training about God and how many of these expectant mothers need love - not only from God, but from all the people that touch their lives. She and the ladies who went to Florida for training all became counselors and nurses for the clinic. Janet says this has been the most rewarding experience of her life. She says she plans to continue to do sonograms for M.O.G. as long as she is able.
Janet has a very busy life and enjoys being a part of the Golden Plains Quilts of Honor, Great Bend as well as short trips and camping in their RV.

She believes that the Love of the Father and his acceptance brings healing toour identity.
She believes that through redemption in Jesus Christ we go back to what we were created to be. For our behavior is an echo of our beliefs, and only through the Word of God we can have our minds renewed in discovering who the Father is and who we are in HIM.
Program Director/Counselor
Born and raised in central Kansas, Michelle has been married to her husband, Wayne Gwin for over 19 years. They are a blended family that is blessed with 3 adult children and 4 grandchildren.
Michelle’s life testimony could be described as the Prodigal Daughter, who has experienced the Father’s steadfast faithfulness in never giving up on her, welcoming her back and restoring all that was lost or stolen. 2 Timothy 2:13 says,
Her sins, which were many, have been forgiven, and she is a woman deeply grateful and in love with the Lord. Christ’s love compels her to make a place for Him and to make a place for others to connect relationally with Him. Whether that is leading praise-n-worship, small groups, or even sitting one on one with individuals who need healing in their hearts and restoration.
She believes she speaks for Christ when she pleads “Come back to God!” for God made Christ who never sinned to be the offering for our sin, so that we could be made right with the Father through Christ.
